Headache attack me !!!

Started with cough, couple days before I ate two cups of Mc Flurry and a cone of ice cream. That some days later cough attacked me, followed by headache and then I got a fever. I felt complete at the moment. Unlucky I absent for school for three days. Actually there was a little feeling, that's happy because I could take a rest at home. My school is full day, so I often get bored and tired of school. I've got fever for two days, but the headache might not disappear. It's not serious illness, is it? Days by days I spent at home with a headache, for watching tv, lay in bed, or just for enjoy the magazine. My mom asked to bring me to the doctor but I was refuse. Third day I thought they have already disappear. I am recover :) But sometimes the headache come back to me although I've consumed medicine routinely. huuuh >.<
